All prices on our website are inclusive of 20% VAT.
We teach members of the public from the age of 14 years and above. Those that are below the age of 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

*We can turn your glass bending and blowing results into glowing neons for a discounted fee of £20. Available to collect or arrange to have posted the following week.
Price is for electroding and processing with gas. Price excludes neon power supply, electrode sleeves and neon tube supports.

Course price does not include a neon power supply unless stated. If needed, neon power supplies are available at a discounted price of £50 (usually £165) to neon workshop participants.

Food and lodgings are not included in the course fee unless specified, however cafes and fast food outlets are very close by. We also have a list on request of recommended places to stay within a stones throw from the workshop.

A gift voucher or workshop/hire purchase must be used within 12 months of purchase date.
After the 12 month period has lapsed Neon Workshops LTD are under no obligation to offer further workshop dates.

Neon Workshops LTD does not offer refunds after the 30 day purchase date on Gift Vouchers, Workshops, Hire, publishings and Editions.
If within 12 months of purchase a Neon Edition is deemed faulty through manufacturing (not breakage through mishandling or vandalisation), Neon Workshops LTD will repair or replace. The final decision on how to best to remedy the fault is with Neon Workshop.

28 days notice required for any amendment to bookings, we can re-arrange a new Workshop date providing 28 days notice has been given.

In extraordinary circumstances, such as unforeseen staff illness or undersubscribed courses, Neon Workshops reserve the right to cancel workshops at any time. We will always do our best to reschedule the workshop, but if rescheduling is not possible then a refund of the workshop price only will be offered. We are not in a position to offer participants compensation for travel and accommodation.

Unless described as ‘ready to plug in’, to reduce risk of breakage in transit and assist with easier installation, all neons are supplied detached from their power supply. Simple wiring instructions are supplied, as well as a wiring and installation demonstration as part of our One Day Intensive workshops.
